The proposed joint venture is positioned to capitalize on Morgan Stanley Infrastructure’s investing expertise and its global reach as well OCI’s local and regional awareness of infrastructure needs. OCI is the largest company listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange with a secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange with a market capitalization of approximately US$ 10 billion as at 29 March 2010.
